GULDE 5366 Pulverized Coal Conveying Valve

The GULDE 5366 Pulverized Coal Conveying Valve is a specialized valve for the coal chemical industry, classified as equipment for harsh operating conditions. It is primarily designed for the pulverized coal conveying process in dry, pulverized coal pressurized gasification technology. The valve trim is made entirely of tungsten carbide, a material with extremely high wear resistance. The entire flow path is also lined with tungsten carbide, which greatly improves abrasion resistance in turbulent conditions, extending the service life of both the valve body and internal components, thereby reducing the user's operating costs.

Main Features

The entire runner is lined with tungsten carbide, which has extremely high wear resistance and significantly enhances the wear resistance under turbulent flow conditions. Craftsmanship and quality are superior to the domestic production of bellows, which greatly ensures the life of the bellows.
The valve trim made entirely of tungsten carbide, and the entire flow path is also lined with tungsten carbide. Even under turbulent flow conditions, the valve is still highly resistant to abrasion and corrosion.
Bellows stem seals to improve sealing performance, preventing coal dust from damaging the seal packing and causing stem hold-up or leakage.
The unique "U" hole plug is directly aligned with the valve outlet, realizing the control of pulverized coal flow while reducing the residue of pulverized coal.
The inverted mounting design at an angle of 30° to the horizontal plane facilitates self-cleaning inside the valve, thus preventing the accumulation of coal dust.
Nitrogen or carbon dioxide purge port is designed to avoid accumulation of coal dust in bellows，plug and port,thus preventing valve failure.
Multiple anti-rotation designs ensure that the "U" hole plug is continually and accurately aligned with the valve outlet, providing consistent flow control and extended bellows life.
Dual upper bonnets and modular design allow for easy bellows and purge port maintenance and installation.
