A multi-port valve is a hard-sealed multi-way ball valve featuring one inlet, multiple outlets, and a backflush port. It is equipped with a pneumatic rotary actuator or an electric actuator, which controls the rotation angle of the valve stem via electric or ratchet mechanisms to achieve precise control over the valve ball's rotation angle, enabling switching between multiple ports. With a switching frequency of up to 25,000 times per year, it can meet Class V or higher sealing requirements. The product is widely used in automated control applications in industries such as petroleum, chemical, and fine chemical processing, offering low disassembly and maintenance costs, excellent stability, and customizable port designs to meet specific needs.

An orifice plate is installed in process pipelines to restrict fluid flow or reduce fluid pressure, typically positioned downstream of a control valve. The total system pressure drop is distributed between the control valve and the orifice plate, allowing the control valve to operate within a smaller differential pressure range. This design significantly reduces noise generated during the regulation process and minimizes fluid erosion on the valve internals, thereby extending the service life of the control valve.
