Star Academy

Star Academy is a talent reserve project launched by Star Controls since 2009. Every year, we recruit outstanding fresh graduates from all over the country and provide comprehensive training for these newly hired employees, enabling them to become professional, technical, managerial, and sustainable reserve talents in Star Controls.

Rotation Period
