Main Features
Linkage‐Less Non‐Contact Position Feedback— The high performance, linkage‐less feedback system eliminates physical contact between the valve stem and the DVC6200. There are no wearing parts so cycle life is maximized.
Local interface: Equipped with an LCD display and navigation buttons, it supports seven languages, including Chinese, making configuration easy and convenient.
Automatic adjustment: built-in automatic adjustment function, can be automatically calibrated and adjusted, simplifying the installation and commissioning process.
I/O Options Package— The DVC2000 is available with an I/O Options Package which includes two (2) integral limit switches and a stem position transmitter. The limit switches are configurable for open and closed valve indication at any point throughout the calibrated travel range. The position transmitter provides a 4-20 mA signal for valve position feedback verification. As an integral component to the instrument, this option module avoids the need for difficult-to-mount external switches and transmitters.
Diagnostics Local User Interface: DVC2000 instruments come standard with a liquid crystal display. Predefined instrument and valve diagnostics are built into the firmware to alert you if there are any problems with the mounting, electronics, hardware, or valve performance.
Compact design: Compact design for small valves and confined spaces, conforming to NAMUR, IEC60534-6-1 and IEC605346-2 standards.
Communication protocols: HART communication protocols are supported.
Easy mounting: Can be mounted directly to FISHER GX valves without the need for additional mounting brackets, and the pneumatic output can be transferred to the actuator diaphragm cover through an internal air path.
Easy maintenance: Maintenance is made easy by the built-in self-diagnostic function, and maintenance personnel can easily remove the instrument from the valve while the position feedback device remains on the valve.
