GULDE 8100 series pneumatic diaphragm type direct travel actuator use multi-spring structure, which is characterized by compact structure, high pressure resistance, high output force, long life and flexible configuration. The lower end of the actuator is equipped with a standard connector for connection to valves, allowing simple and robust connection to valves. The side of the bracket is equipped with a positioner mounting plate in accordance with the NUMAR standard, which can realize a fast and reliable connection with the positioner. The actuators are available in two types, positive and negative acting, and the stroke and air pressure requirements can be changed to match the actual working conditions of the user. This actuator is available in both direct-acting and reverse-acting configurations, and can be customized to meet the actual needs of users by altering the stroke and air supply pressure requirements to match the specific operating conditions. The series offers a maximum stroke of 140mm (5.5 inches) and is optionally available with a handwheel.
The whole actuator has passed more than ten strict tests, and the test standard is higher than the national standard, which ensures the reliability of the whole machine.
Adopting multi-spring structure, the number of springs and compression can be flexibly configured to ensure that the product can maximize the ability to meet the different requirements of the customer site.
The interface with the valve adopts the standard interface, which is convenient for users to connect with the valve. The whole machine can be disassembled and assembled without special tools, which is convenient for later maintenance.
Due to the high quality of the diaphragm, no rupture occurs even with a maximum air pressure of 1.1 MPa, which ensures that the actuator can be used with a higher output.
Adopting high quality non-metallic parts, the lowest temperature can reach -30℃, the highest temperature can reach 80°℃, which can meet most of the customer's requirements.
