  • Different Type Heat Exchangers For Different Conditions
    • SC heat exchanger unit is equipped with a special steam heat exchanger for precise heat exchange conditions, and the length-to-width ratio of the plate and the port design are optimized, which is more suitable for steam applications. The maintenance of plate replacement is minimal, and even under the working conditions of an open system, it is not easy to scale.
    • SC can provide plate exchangers for super cooling condensed water, which is a very good choice for using condensed water sensible heat to reduce steam consumption.
    • For other exhaust and flash steam applications, there are specialized shell-and-tube or shell-and-plate heat exchangers to choose from. 
  • Multiple Ways To Discharge Condensate

    According to the working condition and the actual situation to choose the efficient dischage mode. Using the automatic trap pump as the condensate removal method can ensure that the unit can work effectively under high condensate back pressure, even under low load conditions. If there is a risk of secondary side scaling or product damage, the use of an automatic trap pump allows the unit to remove condensate at very low steam temperatures, even if the system has high back pressure. The unit can also be equipped with a float trap with thermostatic air exhaust device to effectively remove condensate. Under certain conditions, the condensate level control scheme which maintains the condensate discharge pressure can be adopted.
