A person with a career pursuit can dream higher. Although it started as a dream, as long as you keep doing it and don't give up easily, your dream will come true. In 2023, which is the 27th year since the establishment of Star Controls, our sales performance reached a historic high. On the path of pursuing dreams, the Star Controls staff has never stopped in its tracks, and higher dreams await us to achieve.

The annual meeting of FY23 Star Controls was successfully held on September 22nd. In the morning, each department summarized the work content for FY23 in sequence, and also looked forward to the work plan for FY24. To achieve higher dreams, change is always necessary. Faced with new changes, all departments are rubbing their hands together. I believe that under the guidance of new goals, all departments work together, unite as one, and we can definitely achieve our dreams!

The performance theme of this year's annual conference is "Starry Night". It is worth mentioning that more than 200 employees from Star Controls participated in the annual conference performance together, forming 8 bands to present wonderful performances.

The music team building activity in the afternoon was in full swing, and the band members learned to perform instruments such as guitar, keyboard, ukulele, and drums. The cheerleaders were rehearsing their dance. Employees get to know each other better through cross departmental collective activities and work together for the evening performance!

As the countdown to the evening party began, the performance officially kicked off. The opening boss show amazed everyone present. Four Kings have completed the challenge of self-image change and presented a palace level performance in rock and roll. The eight bands that followed performed well-known songs for everyone: "The Lone Brave," "The Bund," "The Sea and the Sky," "Glorious Years," "Do You Want to Dance," "Falling in Love," "No More Hesitation," and "Curling Eyelashes." The atmosphere on site was lively and enthusiastic.

At this evening party, Star Controls presented a total of 24 awards to recognize the employees who have performed outstandingly in FY23. It is worth mentioning that the "10 Year Service Award" aims to recognize employees who have served the company for 10 years. In 2023, the number of recipients reached 22. Star Controls has always focused on the development of our talents, and "old employees" are a valuable asset of the company. Only when employees recognize the company can they be willing to provide long-term services and feel proud of it. An essential part of the annual meeting, lucky draw, had a variety of prizes, and the winning employees are all smiling.
