Throughout the entire lifecycle of the power plant, Star Controls sales and after-sales engineers provide reliable and efficient services to safeguard and assist users in achieving efficient operations.
A power group in Zhejiang province used various industrial valves, controllers, and gas circuit accessories on its project site. During daily technical exchanges between sales engineers of Star Controls and customers, it was learned that the failure rate of Fisher intelligent controllers on site is relatively low, and there are few daily maintenance issues. This also makes it difficult for on-site technicians to have a deep understanding of the functions and operations of controllers. Once a problem occurs with the controller, it cannot be successfully resolved. In addition, various problems with some air circuit accessories on the valve also cause troubles. To this end, we invited 16 technicians from the user to participate in a two-day technical training at Star Controls Company.
This training mainly includes two parts. The first part explains the product structure and working principle of various air circuit accessories of the valve, including filter pressure reducing valve, air lock valve, directional valve, air circuit amplifier, and other accessories.
Star Controls training instructor Engineer Zhong explained the importance of each type of pneumatic attachment in the pneumatic system and guided trainees on how to understand various pneumatic diagrams. Star Controls training instructor Engineer Chen guides trainees in dismantling air circuit accessories. By having each trainee dismantle various air circuit accessories on site, they can learn how to repair these products, so that when they return to the site, they can apply what they have learned and solve urgent problems on site.
The second part introduces the internal structure of Fisher's digital valve controller and the debugging and use of the manual operator. Through the detailed explanation and on-site demonstration by the senior training instructor Engineer Lou from Star Controls, every student has personally experienced the powerful functions of Fisher's digital valve controller, which is "stable and user-friendly" no longer just limited to samples. In the practical operation stage after the training, students began to use this digital "artifact" and had further interaction with the training instructor on specific issues, achieving good training results.
At the end of the training, all trainees entered the workshop to visit and further understand the various valve types that Star Controls can provide, the assembly process of the workshop, and maintenance capabilities.
This training has brought the Star Controls and users closer together, and the trainees have expressed that they have benefited a lot from this training, laying a solid foundation for their daily work in the future.
