Star Controls Shanghai Service Center was established in 2004, dedicated to providing users with fast, professional, and reliable services. In 2012, it became one of the first service centers authorized by Emerson Fisher. In 2017, the service center was relocated to Songjiang Economic and Technological Development Zone in Shanghai. The new service center includes two workshops. Workshop 1 covers an area of over 2000 square meters, while Workshop 2 was upgraded and renovated in 2023, becoming a 4-story building with an area of over 5000 square meters. It can provide users with comprehensive valve repair and maintenance services.
Star Shanghai Service Center has complete facilities and has passed ISO9001 and Fisher certifications. It has more than 20 professionally trained engineers who can provide daily technical support and services, valve assembly and testing, valve performance diagnosis, calibration and testing of valves and actuators or other control components, accessory processing, rapid maintenance, and valve professional training.
The Star Service Team can provide support and services for the operation of devices, and can go to the user's site at any time to provide comprehensive services such as product warranty services, start-up and trial operation services, problem solving and application technology consulting, guidance on developing safety spare parts plans, on-site equipment maintenance, equipment installation, testing and calibration, maintenance services——calibration and preventive diagnosis, on-site receiving testing, factory shutdown and maintenance, etc.
Since 2013, Star has carried out the first STO business. After more than ten years of development, Star has completed more than 70 STO, repaired a total of 5000 valves, and diagnosed over 20000 positioners, becoming a trusted partner for users' full lifecycle services.
